@agent

2014
I had more information available for 2014 and 2015 so was able to see exactly which Jury/Televote was not used. In workings on wikipedia it appears they just doubled the Televote/Jury where required. Here I will simply disregard the non exsistent vote.

Probably the first truly exciting voting where the result does go right down to the wire. After jury voting Austria would lead by 14 from Netherlands and 15 from Sweden (the made up televote for Georgia would change that slightly) and with the televote result being Austria (1st), Netherlands (2nd) and Sweden (4th) it would truly be a tense affair.
There are also big changes across the board here, just the top 5 and France in last remain the same, biggest winners are Malta which climbs a massive 10 places to 13th thanks to an high jury vote and Poland which climbs 8 places from 14th to 6th thanks to a very strong televote, Azerbaijan also has a big climb of 7 places.
Biggest losers are Spain which drops 6 places and Denmark and UK which both drop 5 places.
Semi-Final 1 Combined (No Albania, Moldova, San Marino or Montenegro televote)
01. Netherlands – 260
02. Hungary – 225
03. Sweden – 223
04. Armenia – 198
05. Ukraine – 184
06. Russia – 114
07. Iceland – 111
08. Azerbaijan – 109
09. Montenegro – 100
10. Portugal – 82
11. Estonia – 74
11. San Marino – 74
13. Albania – 70
14. Latvia – 65
15. Belgium – 55
16. Moldova – 28
The change here see's Portugal move into the top 10 and qualifying at the expense of San Marino, however with 4 countries televotes missing things could easily change as it is very close, even Latvia down in 14th could have a shot at qualifying with the 4 added televotes.
Semi-Final 2 Combined (No Georgia or Macedonia televote)
01. Austria – 287
02. Romania – 211
03. Finland – 169
04. Switzerland – 148
05. Poland – 147
06. Norway – 146
07. Belarus – 143
08. Greece – 140
09. Malta – 129
10. Slovenia – 104
11. Macedonia – 96
12. Lithuania – 78
13. Ireland – 73
14. Israel – 53
15. Georgia – 48
No changes in the top 10 for Semi 2 and Macedonia would be unlikely to make up the points on Slovenia as they were one of the two who did not have any televote points recorded.

Sweden would be away and gone after the jury vote so not that much excitement happening here. There are no changes at all in the top 12 places in these results and only an handful of changes lower down the board. Ukraine and Greece are the two big winners both climbing 2 places, Macedonia the big loser dropping 3 places and the only other change is France and Malta swapping places.

So Italy would lead after the jury vote, but Azerbaijan would take a comfortable overall win thanks to Italy and those close to Azerbaijan in the jury vote having a poor televote result. The top 4 remain the same whilst Greece climbs 2 places to 5th replacing Denmark who drop 2 places to 7th. The biggest winners are UK, up 3 places to 8th and Austria up 3 places to 15th, whilst Lithuania was the biggest loser dropping 3 places to 22nd.

No changes in the top 10 here and the top 3 remains the same, there are some minor changes most notably Turkey moving into 11th and first loser spot, Malta and Armenia are also again tied on points like they were in the actual results.

We have a change of qualifiers here as Belgium moves into the top 10 pushing Moldova out (who for a second year in a row would be pushed out of qualifying under the new rules). Once again outside of this there is only minor changes to talk about.

So the jury vote was very close here, just 2 points between Germany and Belgium with Romania and Georgia not too far away. In the combined Germany still wins but Romania are 2nd, with Turkey 3rd instead of the other way around. Georgia are the big winners, moving up 4 places to finish 5th. While thanks to a poor televote Belgium drop from being 2 points behind after the jury to finishing in 9th overall (3 places worse then their finish under the old rules).

A shocking result in Semi 1 as there is a tie for 10th between Malta and Finland and without full split details I can't actually split them. Moldova would be the one losing out, finishing equal with Poland in 12th.
Semi-Final 2 Qualifiers
01. Georgia – 219

A change in the qualifiers in Semi 2 as well, Sweden would make it through climbing all the way to 8th whilst Ireland would drop out of the top 10, just missing out by 5 points to Cyprus. Georgia and Turkey would also swap places with Azerbaijan remaining in 2nd in-between them.

23. Lithuania – 69 (=)
24. Spain – 47 (=)
25. Finland – 42 (=)
Top 3 remain the same but UK and Turkey swap places in 4th and 5th, the only other change is that Russia moves above Armenia into 10th. The biggest winner is Malta who would have climbed 3 places to 19th whilst both Ukraine and Portugal are the biggest losers both dropping 2 places.
So not an whole lot of difference with the 2009 result.
